Mummies Return!
Had a great date with love today. We headed to the National Museum to witness the Mummies Return Exhibition in Singapore & also the Singapore History. Of course that's nt the real tittle of the exhibition. Yes, bt i was impressed with the whole exhibition. Infact i'm satisfied with the whole exhibition. It definitely gives a different experience.
Before we enter, we were given a set of some electronic device with earphones. Its some sort like a guide book for the whole tour of the exhibition. Thus, with this, whenever we stopped at specific spot of exhibition, we could just press the no code and hear the explanation of the history of the specific history ornaments etc. In this way, visitors need not read the longgg explanation of the history. Instead they just have to listen to whatever that's being played by the device.
Yes, i was truly fascinated with the props and the route of the whole exhibition, the whole route of the exhibition really brings back to the years and ive learned quite alot esp the ones abt Singapore history. Its hardly believable that our country was once as such. I must say there were alot of things/history to go through, the whole journey took us roughly around 3 hours plus to complete. Even so, we dint really stop at all the displayed exhibitions. Also, its interesting to learn that the design of certain fashion accessories that we have today, existed way before im even here.
Good thing abt the exhibition, once you've gt your ticks, you are allowed to enter and exit the museum for the whole day, as long as you show your receipt/ticks once you want to re-enter the exhibition.
Thank god we dint have any maincourse or whatsoever, we just had snacks then parted. Yes, because at home, mum&babes were preparing food for steamboat!!! Yeea i was damn full after eating all those. & im 100& sure that im faatttt. have to start losing weight agaiiinn. i need some motivation. beep me okay to those who are in the same boat as me. :))
