im planning to sleep late today. might as well i blog about my previous outing with den. we thought of getting some thrills so we went to sentosa for it.
and so we went there. when we reached there, the weather was sunny so we thought of heading somewhere else first before taking the real 'thing'. we took the log ride & desperados for $26, i think?
yes, honestly, desperados was such a waste of money. i dont even know why we bother to take it in the first place. gosh. let me share my experience with you. we took the log ride first then the desperados. the log ride was okay, just average to me. but what really happened was that, halfway through the ride, the video suddenly stopped and we, the riders, were stunned. we were thinking to ourselves, it couldnt be the end right?
thank god we were wrong or i could have curse and swear. it turned out to be tht there were some technical error and after solving the issue, they resumed it. that was super ANTI CLIMAX! like totally. apart from that, the person who made the announcement really disgusts me. the way she reads the announcement was a total disgrace. she tends to drag her words in her monotonous tone. gosh, cant they find a better reader? its really a disgrace to our country. as a singaporean, i really felt a embarrassed. this is not some typical movie theater, this is the hotspot tourist attraction places and they employ such readers huh. goshhh.
second spot, the desperados. the time spent there was very little. if i were to do an emotional graph, i would have drawn and straight line, followed by an increase curve then down back to straight line. its that pathetic. the whole ride definitely dint succeed in creating a climax for our emotionsss... gosh even playing at arcade would have been so much better. atleast, its longer and more satisfying.
so, how pathetic can our tourist attraction places be? urghhhh!
lastly, the megazip. that ride saved our day. it costs $29 but i guess, its worth. yea, bt still could have been better. but to take it once a while, its worth the experience. im glad i took it and it isnt scarry at all just that i love the feeling of being free in the air. :))
done with all that, dinner at ramen ten.
in a nutshell, i just have to say our attraction places really sucked big time. there's no use creating new attractions, if that is the type of quality that they will be portraying. i'd rather go overseas to get more of that!
