virgin ubin trip(ownself)

it wasnt my first trip to ubin. i first set foot at ubin when i was thriteen. its been decades since i last visited that place.

it was a comforting meet up with my lepak gang, of course not all of them are there. i guess as time passed by, it becomes harder to gather everyone together. there will always be someone missing on every meet ups. oh wells.

anw, going there, we equipped ourselves with snacks, in fact we got ourselves too much snacks, in which we end up bringing it back home. the weather wasnt really on our side. on the way there, it was already cloudy. so, the four of us just proceeded ahead with our fingers crossed, self convinced, it was just passing clouds. we couldnt possibly cancel this, cause we planned this outing for weeks. we even kept on changing our plan etc going ecp blabla..

and so when we were there, it started drizzling lightly. we were kinda stuck, not knowing what to do, where to go. we saw a small coffee shop nearby and headed for it for a short meal.

once the rain had subsided, we went over to view the various bike rentals, we even had the thought to rent a van to head to chek java. but after much discussion, we decided to stick with bike, through the little rain.

and so we started our journey. thank god throughout our cycling journey, no one gets hurt and the weather remained constant. we captured few shots here and there. the scenery there was perfect&superb, if i were to go there to shot scenery shots, it'll be gorgeoussss! hehehe

okay, unfortunately, i forgotten to bring my camera which i charged it yesterday night. so i just make do with my MOMO. & im satisfied with the results of my MOMO. not baddd ya, the image quality. hee! okay in between the journey, we had to push our bike due to the super steep slope etc goshhh uber tiring but worth the ride!

just as we were back at the jetty, the rain starts to get heavy again, perfect timing! we had dinner later on, in which arep join only for that few mins and all of us separate ways then after.

i enjoyed myself tremendously! i feel healthier! hehehe.

passing through the familiar places and seeing those npcc students, really reminds me of my old days. how tough & fit i was back then. those stupid drills, kena tekan session & numerous super tiring overseas/camping sessions but how i still enjoyed being in every part of it. its just pure sweet memories. awwww. i know i can never get all those back. booohoo :(

loves,
saf.
