Dilemma

I went Bugis on my own for some 'me' time. It's what i love doing when there's too many things on my mind and i just don't feel like talking to anyone because simply i know no one is able to help, so yeah. There were so many changes around Bugis! A new mrt station, many new shops around haji lane etc. It seems that for some, business can only last few mths to few years only. Of course, i just had to do some window shopping and....i came across 2 pretty dresses which i fell in love with and again...i contemplate due to the price. Not that i can't afford but i'm considering whether is worth spending $40+ for such dress. Take a look at the image and tell me, is it?
