Review on full body massage at YCK Grassroots Club hs

My friend bought voucher from some good deals website. We paid $28 for a full body massage at the above stated location.

This is not my first time going for massage deals from those good deals website and so, i decided to tag along. Honestly, i wasnt satisfied with the services provided. Initially, we went to the massage parlour once.

It was supposed to be the date of our massage but when we reached there, the lady told us, actually they do not have enough masseus that day. They tried to contact my friend who got the voucher but failed to get through. Okay, fair enough, the day before, there was a mishap that my friend encountered and so, we didnt really make a big fuss about it.

In my opinion, shouldn't they check first with regards to the availability of the masseus before allowing us to make reservations? This is because my friends actually did the reservations few weeks before the date and they didn't object anything to it.

So, to cut it short. On the actual day, we were brought into a consultation room where they promoted a small bottle of massage oil at $50, in which of course, we rejected that offer.

Overall, i'd rate the massage 2/5. I've been to better ones. My expectation were higher than average as it was held at a clubhouse instead of some mini massage parlours. Plus, the whole massage didnt last for an hour as stated. Such a dissapointment. Tsk.

The way some of the staffs there replied to the customers are quite rude. Just to add alittle more, on that day too, one of my friend was having mensus and didnt know that they were unable to conduct the massage during this period. The way the staff told her off was really rude. Of course, not all of them. Only one/two staffs were behaving in such way.

In conclusion, I'll not go there again, for sure.

PS: Don't tell me,' oh because you only pay half price that's why they give you such treatment.'
No, that shouldn't be the way. The purpose of the companies advertising their services via good deals website, is to promote their services. If you give such services, what makes you think that customers will come back for more? I've been to other massage sessions via the good deals website and some of them were really good, in which i wouldn't mind coming back again with the actual price.

Yours truly,
Saf.
