poor customer service.

im here to lodge a complain on spaghetti too, express.

okay. whatever. yesterday after school, love and me went to jurong IMM to buy sushiii. hee. we gt few of it and ate there. it was uber yummylicious, but that minah was still there too. feeling of disgust engulfed me. after consuming the susheess, we still felt hungry so we walked ard that area, and we saw this italian eating place. so we decided to dine there.

sadly, we were dissapointed by the service there. so much of the "good look". we were looking at the menu place above the cashier side to browse through their dishes, then one of the staff said to us, " you can take a seat and we'll give you the menu".

once we were seated, no one gave us any menu or whatsoeva. there's lots of order form place on the table though, its nt even called a menu. if thats their definition of menu that they must be the foolest living creature on earth. even kedai kopi provide a better menu. so, usually, in such places, we would call the staffs to take our order. as soon as jibby called the staff to take our order, the staff came and just simply say, " oh you have to make the order yourself at the counter. "

then that includes the utensils and sauces etc, everything have to do self-service. its nt tht we object doing it ourselves bt they shld atleast put a note informing the customers their way of doing things. love was extremely pissed abt it. even when they gave drinks, they dint even put the cap of the paper cup on it. i thought it only happen to us. love was frustated and coincidently, there was a group of aunties sitting beside us and they, too, agreed that the service were bad and they, too, were unhappy abt it. worst thing, there were four of em but the staff only gave 1 serviet for the four of them. and there were a couple of unpleasant stuffs happened to them too, such as one of the aunty was still eating her salad and the staff just took the plate and clear it away.

i giggled to myself looking at the situation. it was hilariously disgusting. oh well, and we wrote a feedback to them on one of the order form.

food wise, it was average.

all i can see is that the duty of the staffs is just to serve the dishes and clear the dishes away and most of the time, they spend their time chit chatting with one another. seriously, they need to go fo some customer service training.
