No more Miss Singapore
Okay, and finally after much controversy about miss ris low, now the results are out. She's no longer our Miss Singapore. Eversince, i saw that video about how atrocious her diction was, i seriously think that she dint deserve to win the tittle. Whats more, there's a recent update regarding her credit card fraud issue. Honestly, how can she be a role model to the rest? Not that im critisizing for what she've done but come on. I dont think she's being professional.
Maybe i could be more forgiving towards her if she's sincere and honest about the crime she did in the past. But she does not. Have you read the strait times, on 29/09/09, under HOME section? yes? no?
Well here's what is says ;
According to member of parliament Lee Bee Wah, ' honesty and intergrity is very important.'
But our ms singapore dint think much about it, she says...
Why she dint tell organisers :
' They ask then i tell lah, because actually i dont find the point of telling...It's still a record, but it's not that big..I was given a second chance to change.'
And with her bo pian attitude, she says..
Why she dint declare it :
' i didnt really go and check because i've joined other pageants before and they dint really check.'
See! i dont abhor her unreasonably. Yes, she should have been more professional at handling issues which condemmed her, then maybe people will be more forgiving towards her. oh wells, now that she has already chose to back out of the finals at miss world 2009 south africa in December, i guess it pretty much close the discussions about whether she deserve to represent our country.
Apart from that, today is mama's 46th! Happy birthday mama, i knew u appreciate our little celebration and im thankful for that. thank you for tolerating me all these years and thank you for always believing in me and supporting me all these years. you've been a wonderful mum throughout the years and im thankful that ive gt sucha great mum like you. i pray that you'll always have a blessful life with health and wealth. love you, always.
